Congregational Meeting called for February 10, 2008 at 11.30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to review our Annual Report, Finances for 2007 and the 2008 budget approved by the Session. We will also be considering a By-Law change [By-Laws As An Ecclesiastical Body-number 11. Nomination]. You will have available to you before the meeting the proposed change to the By-Laws and the current reading for the Nominations. On February 10th we are planning to have one worship service at 10.00 a.m. Please note this change of service on your calendar.
Schooners adult fellowship will be meeting Sunday, January 27th for food and fellowship at the home of Joyce Vanderpol at 12:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Souper Bowl of Caring – Feb. 3. Volunteers are needed to help collect money after church. Donations go to Open Gate Ministries.
Open Gate Soup Luncheon- Feb.6, 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. For more information please call 591-0534. if you would like to donate soup or pie please see the signup sheet in the foyer, before Feb. 5.
P.W. Quarterly Meeting, Saturday, February 2, at 9:00 a.m. Allison Carver Kleinsteuber, Nyal & Harriet Carver’s daughter will share her artistic gift. Everyone is invited, please bring a friend. A brunch will be served by Westminster Circle.
